Kontroverzie ľudských práv a pandémia COVID 19

Human rights controversies and the COVID 19 pandemic
Abstrakt
The collection represents an attempt to bring the ambivalence of human rights and the vagueness of their concept closer, while the relative breadth of the scope is not at the expense of the depth of reflections. Each discipline has brought and brought its own perspective on the problem of human rights in a pandemic situation and presented a contribution to the study of the issue. The publication offers a topic to the social discussion that meets the demanding aspects of moral theory, precise knowledge of social norms and laws with a thorough knowledge of public policy. Given its qualities, it will certainly appeal not only to professional academics, but also to the wider public, who are not indifferent to public interest and its instrumentalization, which is also produced and supported by the media with its monochrome orientation.
