Ethics in healthcare
Abstrakt
The publication deals with the issue of the validity and functioning of moral norms and principles in healthcare. It analyses how moral norms in relation to health emerged, how they were enforced and how they function against the background of philosophical concepts that conditioned the emergence and development of value structures in the context of human rights and freedoms. The theoretical discussion on the need or obligation to enforce the right to health and ensure healthcare currently has various forms and forms, but it varies depending on the healthcare system. The publication shows how healthcare systems function, what profiles them, how normative criteria function within them and which professional values are preferred within them. It points out the theoretical and practical foundations of ethics in healthcare, deals with the availability of healthcare and its quality and social pressure to increase the quality of healthcare.
