Čo? Ako? Prečo?
What? How? Why?
Abstrakt
František Novosád's considerations are based on the belief that the apparatus developed by classical philosophy in the line of T. Hobbes – G. W. F. Hegel – K. Marx – M. Weber is also applicable to the analysis of the problems of the contemporary world. He treats the history of social and political ideas in close connection with the contexts of the time and understands them as a specific type of responses to the problems that specific societies struggled with, as specific procedures by which societies interpret their possibilities and their limitations. At the same time, he takes into account the placement of theories in specific ideological traditions. Each theoretical concept always contains a polemical component, it builds on previous theories, criticizes them, is an agreement or a polemic with competing opinions. An important topic of his thinking is the analysis of the concept of social order. He understands social order primarily as a historically changing complex of coordination through empathy, common values, violence, exchanges and contracts. The individual types of societies are then distinguished according to how the individual forms of coordination are institutionalized and according to how the links between the individual modes of coordination change. Particular attention is paid to the relationship between coordination through value systems and apparatuses of violence.
