Practical-projective procedures in social sciences
Abstrakt
This book follows on from the monographs Introduction to the methodology of social sciences (Černík – Viceník 2011) and Empirical-theoretical procedures of social sciences (Černík – Viceník 2012/2014). It is an attempt to analyze the shift in method that occurs when moving from theoretical to practical reason. The focus is on the issues of practical reasoning, rules, norms and normative theories, practical-projective procedures, forecasting and planning, management and programming, as well as the status of the methodology of practical sciences. This is followed by a reconstruction of the problems of objectivity and subjectivity, truth and efficiency, value and evaluation in social sciences and an analysis of the verification strategy of social sciences. The work results in an analysis of the methods of classification, sorting and synthesis of social sciences, an outline of the methodology of complex research, the formation of a unified complex of humanly dignified science, and an analysis of some methodological problems of ideology.
