The book Explanations by Niches is a collection of twenty-two short philosophical and theological reflections in which the author reflects on the fundamental paradoxes of the modern world and human creativity. The texts focus on man's relationship to the world, which is his own creation, but at the same time appears to him as a source of new forms of dependence and alienation. Special attention is paid to the problem of the plurality of truths, the interpretative explosion and the crisis of traditional ideas about the objectivity of knowledge. The author develops the concept of consciousness as intentional, distinguished into a presentative and representative plane, and examines its role in social knowledge and action. The publication does not offer a closed system, but opens up space for critical reflection and philosophical polemics on the nature of reality, knowledge and social processes in the conditions of late modernity.
